BBQ
STYLE
Take Kwik-cuts and lightly season with herbs and spices
of your choice on both sides. Pre-heat BBQ and cook on
medium to high heat for approximately 3 minutes each side.
Serve and enjoy with your favourite salads and condiments.

SANDWICH AND BURGER STYLE
Take Kwik-cuts of your choice and season lightly on both
sides. Cook in the pan or under the grill for 3 -4 minutes
each side. Prepare burger bun / sandwich bread with your
choice of lettuce / tomato / cucumber / egg / beetroot
etc. Place Kwik-cut into bun / sandwich and enjoy.

SCHNITZEL STYLE
Season Kwik-cuts with salt and pepper and crumb with plain
flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Heat oil in pan and
fry 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve
with vegetable, pasta or rice.

DINNER
STYLE
Prepare mushrooms and vegetables of your choice. Season
Kwik-cuts and fry with mushrooms on medium heat in pan
for 4-5 minutes each side. Place mushrooms on plate and
arrange Kwik-cuts on top, then garnish with grilled capsicum
and serve with gravy of your choice.

KWIK-CUT
ROAST
Take a roast from the Kwik-cut range, season with herbs
and spices of your choice and sear in a pan or on the
BBQ. Place the roast in a baking dish with a little water
on the bottom and cook at 180-200 degrees for approximately
30-35 minutes. Let the roast rest for 5-10 minutes then
carve and serve with vegetables, salad, potato or polenta
and gravy of your choice.
